Having trouble registering or resetting passwords?

If you are having the following issues:

  • Cannot reset your password
  • Cannot register for an account
  • Not receiving emails from the team site

then read on:

Your email service (eg. Hotmail / Live.com) marks Team Site emails as "junk"

Email services try to prevent you receiving "Spam" or "Junk" mails. It will often automatically put such email in the "Deleted" or "Junk" email folders. Please navigate to these folders and look for emails from this site. Once you have found one, please click on it (as if you are going to view it) and press the "Not Junk" menu/button.

Your email service (eg. Hotmail / Live.com) cuts short (or truncates) the web addresses (URLs) in the email

Email services often shorten long web addresses (or URLs) in the email. However, they list the full web addresses at the bottom of the email. Please use the full version of the web address at the bottom of the email
